Unify Health is a physician-owned and operated Canadian clinic established in 2021. We bring medical specialists, surgeons and allied health professionals together in an integrated ambulatory care setting.

Our team provides care across medical and surgical specialties, with a shared focus on accessible, patient-centred care. Bringing services together helps reduce fragmentation between appointments, assessments and treatment.

From our multidisciplinary clinic in Leaside to our downtown IV iron clinic and cardiac care clinic in Sault Ste. Marie, our locations support different parts of your care.

Within our state-of-the-art, CPSO-accredited surgical suites, our skilled plastic surgeons, urologists, oculoplastic surgeons, podiatrists, and ENT surgeons perform a range of specialized procedures with a focus on safety and excellence.

At Unify Health, we actively identify unmet health needs in our community and design targeted programs to fill those gaps, ensuring patients receive timely, specialized care close to home. By listening to our patients, collaborating with local providers, and monitoring referral patterns, we create services that address both access and quality of care.

Our IV Iron Program and in-clinic infusion center were developed to provide convenient, safe treatment for iron deficiency without long hospital wait times.
