Unify Health is a multidisciplinary medical clinic in Toronto. Established in 2022, our mission is to make specialty care more accessible by bringing medical physicians, subspecialty surgeons, and allied health clinicains together in a single ambulatory setting.

With more than 60 physicians and surgeons working alongside allied health clinicians, we offer expertise across a broad spectrum of medical and surgical conditions. Patients benefit from direct access to the right specialist for their concern, while referring physicians can rely on timely assessments, evidence-based care, and access to a wide range of subspecialty expertise within one organization.

Our Locations
Leaside, Toronto — Main Clinical Hub
Our primary multidisciplinary location, providing family medicine, specialist consultations, surgical specialties, diagnostic services, and allied health care.
Downtown Toronto — St. Nicholas Street
Our downtown location includes a dedicated IV iron infusion clinic, providing physician-supported outpatient iron infusions in a convenient central Toronto setting.
Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario — Cardiology Diagnostics
Our Northern Ontario cardiology diagnostic location provides cardiac testing, including echocardiography and ambulatory cardiac monitoring, expanding access to cardiovascular diagnostics outside the Greater Toronto Area.

Our IV Iron Program and in-clinic infusion center were developed to provide convenient, safe treatment for iron deficiency without long hospital wait times.
Our allied health team—including registered dietitians, naturopaths, chiropodists, naturopaths and mental health therapists—works closely alongside our physicians to ensure a seamless and holistic healthcare experience.
