ABOUT US
Unify Health is a multidisciplinary medical clinic in Toronto. Established in 2022, our mission is to make specialty care more accessible by bringing physicians, surgeons, and allied health professionals together in a single ambulatory setting.
Our model is designed around patient problems. With more than 60 physicians and surgeons supported by allied health professionals, we offer expertise across a wide spectrum of conditions. Patients benefit from direct access to the right specialist for their concern, while referring doctors can rely on timely assessments, evidence-based care, and a breadth of subspecialty support within one clinic.
By uniting multiple disciplines under one roof, Unify Health makes it easier for patients to receive focused, high-quality medical care without unnecessary delays. Each practitioner contributes their specialized knowledge, ensuring care is tailored to the individual’s needs while maintaining professional standards that colleagues can trust.
As a physician-owned and operated Canadian clinic, Unify Health is proud to serve Toronto’s diverse community with a model of care that is patient-centered, problem-focused, and grounded in clinical excellence.
NOT YOUR AVERAGE MEDICAL CLINIC.
At Unify Health, we are committed to delivering truly integrated, patient-centered care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Our team includes physicians from more than 13 specialties working cohesively to meet your health needs under one roof.
Within our state-of-the-art, CPSO-accredited surgical suite, our skilled plastic surgeons, urologists, oculoplastic surgeons, podiatrists, and ENT surgeons perform a range of specialized procedures with a focus on safety and excellence. We have also designed evidence-based programs—such as our comprehensive obesity medicine program—where our physicians and allied health professionals coordinate care to support your long-term health goals.
At Unify Health, we actively identify unmet health needs in our community and design targeted programs to fill those gaps, ensuring patients receive timely, specialized care close to home. By listening to our patients, collaborating with local providers, and monitoring referral patterns, we create services that address both access and quality of care.
For example, our IV Iron Program and in-clinic infusion center were developed to provide convenient, safe treatment for iron deficiency without long hospital wait times. Similarly, our “Toenail Tuesday” initiative offers rapid access to specialist care for ingrown toenails and other toenail conditions, performed in a sterile setting under OHIP coverage with a physician referral. These programs reflect our commitment to building responsive, evidence-based solutions that meet real patient needs.
Our allied health team—including registered dietitians, naturopaths, physiotherapists, chiropodists, naturopaths and mental health therapists—works closely alongside our physicians to ensure a seamless and holistic healthcare experience. Together, we are dedicated to addressing every facet of your health and well-being.
