What Referring Physicians Can Expect

At Unify Health, we contact referred patients as soon as possible to arrange their appointment and help ensure timely access to care. Our specialists take responsibility for reviewing and following up on investigations they order. Our team provides comprehensive consultation notes back to the referring physician.

Leaside Location
Unify Health’s Leaside location is our full-service multidisciplinary medical and surgical hub, bringing together comprehensive specialist care, diagnostic testing, infusion therapy, and outpatient procedures under one roof.

Services at this location include cardiology diagnostics, specialist consultations across multiple medical and surgical disciplines, IV infusions, and allied health services. Leaside is also an approved Out-of-Hospital Premises (OHP) surgical centre, allowing patients to undergo a range of ambulatory procedures in a comfortable, fully equipped clinic setting.

Sault Ste. Marie Location
Our Sault Ste. Marie location provides cardiac diagnostic testing, helping patients access timely cardiovascular investigations closer to home.

Our St. Nicholas location offers IV iron infusions for patients with iron deficiency and iron-deficiency anemia, with medical assessment and clinical monitoring as part of their care.
