Important Update Regarding SRX Health and IV Iron Services
Unify Health Continues to offer IV Iron Infusions — NOW with expanded capacity including weekend infusions!
Dear Patients and Physicians,
We are writing to update you on recent developments regarding infusion services. SRX Health, an independent company that previously subleased space at Unify Health Leaside Location to provide infusion services, has filed for bankruptcy protection. SRX Health was a separate entity from Unify Health, and their closure came as a surprise to both their staff and patients. Unify Health was not aware of their bankrupcy filing.
Please be assured that Unify Health continues to provide IV iron infusions.
We have expanded our capacity and are committed to ensuring uninterrupted access to these important treatments. We continue to provide hundreds of infusions per month.
If you require IV iron therapy, please have your doctor send a referral to us. If you had previously been seen by a doctor at Unify Health and have not yet received your Iron Infusion - please email info@unifyhealth.ca with the subject line “IV Iron” so our team can arrange your infusion in a timely manner.
If you have made payments directly to SRX Health for services that were not provided, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider as soon as possible to request a reversal.
