Subject: Important Update Regarding SRX Health and IV Iron Services

Dear Patients,

We are writing to inform you that SRX Health, an independent company that was renting space at Unify Health to provide infusion services, has recently filed for bankruptcy protection.

SRX Health originally rented infusion space from Unify Health when they were a private Canadian pharmacy, and later amalgamated with a large U.S. public company. We have no information beyond what was publicly reported on Monday, August 11th, and were as shocked as their employees—many of whom were suddenly terminated—and the patients now facing disruptions in their care. The creditor proceedings are currently being managed by Grant Thornton.

If you have made payments directly to SRX Health for services that have not been rendered, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider as soon as possible to inquire about reversing these charges. For patients who were seen at Unify Health and still require IV iron therapy, we are actively working to establish an alternative method to continue your care. If you require IV iron, please email info@unifyhealth.ca with the subject line “IV Iron” so we can make every effort to arrange your treatment in a timely manner.

We understand this situation may be disruptive and concerning, and we are committed to supporting Unify Patient’s through this transition.
