Our Story

Unify Health was founded with a simple but ambitious vision: to transform the way healthcare is delivered by bringing primary care clinicians, specialists, surgeons, and allied health professionals together under one roof. Our founders—experienced physicians who had seen firsthand the challenges of fragmented care—believed that patients deserved more than isolated appointments and long referral chains. They imagined a truly integrated model where providers work side-by-side, sharing expertise and collaborating seamlessly to ensure each patient receives timely, comprehensive, and coordinated care.

What began just three years ago with four dedicated physicians has grown into a thriving, multidisciplinary team of over 60 healthcare professionals, and we continue to expand both our services and our locations to meet the needs of our community. Our growth has been fueled by a shared commitment to innovation, access, and quality, as well as strong partnerships with leading institutions. We are proud to collaborate with the Schulich Heart Program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Baycrest Hospital, ensuring our patients benefit from cutting-edge cardiology expertise and specialized care.

Education is also at the heart of who we are. Our physicians and allied health professionals are actively involved in teaching at the University of Toronto, McMaster University, and the Michener Institute, shaping the next generation of healthcare providers. We also work closely with local colleges to train medical administrators, ensuring our operational teams have the skills to support exceptional patient care.
