Amanda Harry MSW, RSW

Amanda is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations in the health and public safety sectors.

She understands the unique challenges of caring for others while striving to maintain personal well-being and balance. Amanda is passionate about helping people manage stress, navigate trauma, and rediscover meaningful connection—with themselves and those around them. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and self-compassion, Amanda takes time to understand each client’s story and tailors treatment to their unique needs and goals. She has a special focus on supporting first responders, frontline workers, and survivors of trauma, as well as individuals experiencing maternal mental health challenges and life transitions.

Amanda holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Social Worker. She offers complimentary consultations to help new clients explore how therapy may support their goals.
