Keziah Emekeme MN, NP-PHC

Keziah Emekeme is a Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, mental health, and addiction medicine. She completed her Nurse Practitioner education at the University of Toronto, following several years of practice as a Registered Nurse in diverse settings, including rural emergency, community health, and transitional care. Her clinical interests include integrated primary and mental health care, women's health, and optimizing access to equitable, culturally safe care for marginalized populations. She is committed to advancing inclusive healthcare models that strengthen continuity of care and promote long-term wellness in the community.
