The 3 month Unify Obesity Management Program Team includes:
Consultation and management by Dr. Robyn Goldstein, MD, FRCP, FACP - American Board of Obesity Medicine Internist
(4) visits with Jennifer Lane, RD - Registered Dietitian
Jennifer will work with you to develop an eating plan that works with your values, culture and lifestyle
(3) visits with Danielle Kirshenbaum, RSW - Registered Social Worker
Danielle will discuss your mental health and it’s connection to your diet and health habits
(4) visits with Dr. Kennedy Hindley, DC - Chiropractor and strength coach
Kennedy will perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, and work with you to develop an individualized physical activity program, with ongoing monitoring and support via mobile app.

6,9, and 12-Month Comprehensive Programs (includes OHIP covered option; eligible for private insurance coverage)
6, 9, and 12 month programs are suited for those who prefer continued management at a reduced cost. Ongoing support will help you achieve greater success with your long term health goals.

Our program is available to those over the age of 18.
If you are interested in the program, it is necessary for you to obtain a referral from a doctor or nurse practitioner.
After your initial OHIP covered consultation with the Obesity Medical Specialist, our team members will provide you with more information on the optional holistic Obesity Program, including costs for the package options.
